Banks is accused of orchestrating the murder of Tyquian Bowman, known as Quando Rondo, whose cousin was killed in a failed ambush near the Beverly Center mall in Los Angeles in 2022. In an affidavit submitted to federal court, FBI Special Agent Sarah Corcoran alleged that Banks placed a bounty on Bowman following the killing of a rapper linked to Banks’ music group.
